Bus passes for the 2023-2024 school year go on sale July 10, 2023. Sales will be prioritized as follows:
July 10-18: Open and free for qualifying students only*
July 20-27: Open to all students
July 28-August 4: Closed for training and professional development
* Free to qualifying students: To be eligible you must provide documentation for all sources of income within the household (before taxes) - W2, last two weeks pay stubs or current eligibility for CalFresh, CalWORKs, or FDPIR benefits.
Bus passes can be purchased from the MPUSD Transportation Department located at the District Services Center at 540 Canyon Del Rey Blvd. in Monterey.
All students are required to have a bus pass to ride the bus by Monday, August 28, 2023.
Office Hours
Monday-Friday
8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Closed for lunch from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
We are closed Saturday and Sunday and most holidays.
MPUSD accepts debit/credit, cashier check, money order and personal check. Cash is not accepted.
