Quick Tips for Internet Safety

Social media and technology are a big part of our children’s lives. This Monterey Adult School workshop is designed to help parents, caregivers, youth and families better understand today’s online world and learn practical ways to stay safer online.

Participants will learn about current social media trends and the platforms teens are using today, along with important information about the legal and real-world consequences of cyberbullying, sexting and sextortion.
